1669 RES VACANCY EXISTS ON MEMBERSHIP OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTRESOLUTION NO. 1669
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the
Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris, and it is necessary to ap-
point a regular member to serve on such Board; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That James R. Moore, be, and he is hereby appointed as a
regular member of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris for
a term of two (2) years, beginning March 10, 1975 and ending
December 31, 1976.
