1670 RES COP BY ADOPTION OF ELECTRICAL ORDINANCE PROVIDED FOR APPOINTMENT OF ELECTRICAL BOARDRESOLUTION NO. 1670 .
WHEREAS, the City of Paris, by its adoption of an Electrical
Ordinance, provided for the appointment of an Electrical Board; and,
WHEREAS, B. C. Simmons, whose term of office would expire
December 31, 1975, is no longer available for service; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette,
has recommended to the City Council the appointment of Bill Adams
to fill the unexpired term of B. C. Simmons, which term will expire
December 31, 1975; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-E CITY OF
PARIS, That the recommendation of the Mayor be accepted and
approved, and that the appointment of Bill Adams, to serve the un-
expired term of B. C. Simmons as a member of the Electrical Board,
which term will expire on December 31, 1975, be, and the same is
hereby made.
