RESOLUTION NO. 1674 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, deems it necessary and proper to apply for a federal grant <br />under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, <br />Public Law 92 500, and the rules and regulations pursuant thereto; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That Kerry R. Sweatt, City Manager of the City of Paris, or <br />his successor, be authorized to execute in behalf of the City of Paris <br />all grant applications, communications, documents, assurances, no- <br />tices and other project related items in making application for a <br />grant under Public Law 92-500 and the rules and regulations pur- <br />suant thereto, and to sign the acceptance of the grant, when made, <br />and any other necessary documents required to complete the project <br />on behalf of the City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this 24th day of March, 1975. <br />• <br />4 &Oe-14- <br />a eM.
