1675 RES CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED MAKING OF APPLICATION TO TX WATER QUALITY BD AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCYRESOLUTION NO. 1675 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, has authorized and directed the making of application to
the Texas Water Quality Board and the Environmental Protection
Agency for a federal grant pursuant to the Federal Water
Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500,
and the rules and regulations thereto; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, That the authorized application for which federal grant
assistance is being requested pursuant to the Federal Water
Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500,
will be constructed to completion in accordance with the laws,
rules and regulations and with the project schedule attached
hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein for all legal purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City of Paris under-
stands that the attached project schedule must be approved by the
Texas Water Quality Board and the Environmental Protection
Agency, and that once a project schedule has been approved, no
changes will be authorized without first receiving approval of the
change from the Texas Water Quality Board and the Environmental
Protection Agency.
