1686 RES COP ON 12TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1962 LEASE SPACES 7, 8 AND 9 OF BLOCK B AT COX FIELD T T MANESS JRRESOLUTION NO. 1686
WHEREAS, the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, did heretofore
on the 12th day of September, 1962, lease Spaces 7, 8 and 9 of
Block B at Cox Field to T. T. Maness, Jr. , for the purpose of lo-
cating hangars thereon; and,
WHEREAS, T. T. Maness, Jr. is desirous of transferring
to Robert A. Loughmiller, Space No. 8 of Block B for the duration
of the option exercised in 1972 by T. T. Maness, Jr. ; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has no objection to such transfer;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette, be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Paris its authorization to T. T. Maness, Jr. to transfer to
Robert A. Loughmiller, Space No. 8 of Block B for the duration of
the option exercised in 1972 by T. T. Maness, Jr.
