1687 RES COP IS PARTICIPATING IN GOVERNOR'S TRAFFIC SAFETY PROGRAMRESOLUTION NO. 1687
WHEREAS, the City of Paris is participating in the Governor's
Traffic Safety Program under the local direction of its Traffic Safety
Coordinator; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to be able to analyze traffic acci-
dent statistics and to update the same monthly, which can only
practically be done with computer services; and,
WHE REAS, Paris Junior College is authorized and has offered
to provide such computer services upon the terms and conditions in-
cluded in Contract for Computer Services attached hereto as
Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunet te, be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Paris the Contract for Computer Services with Paris Junior
College, upon the terms and conditions and in the form attached hereto
as Exhibit A.
