1688 RES COP IS DESIROUS OF AVAILINGITSELF OF COMPETER SERVICES PROVIDED BY PJCRESOLUTION NO. 1688
WHEREAS, the City of Paris is desirous of availing itself of
computer services provided by Paris Junior College for the purpose
of analyzing traffic accidents; and,
WHEREAS, the Governor`s Office has grant money available
for Traffic Safety Accident Record Analysis; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it in
the best interest of the citizens of Paris to avail itself of said grant
money; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Manager of the City of Paris is hereby au-
thorized and directed to make application to the Governor's Office
for Traffic Safety Accident Record Analysis Grant on a 50 50 basis,
to assist in funding the cost of record analysis computer services
offered by Paris Junior College, and to provide such information and
furnish such documents and make such assurances as may be
necessary to procure such grant.
