1604 RES TERMS OF DOYLE WHITAKER ET AL AS MEMBERS OF BUILDING COMMISSION EXPIRED ON DECEMBER 31 1973RESOLUTION NO. 1604
WHEREAS, the terms of Doyle Whitaker, Morris Misso, Jack
Denman, Donald Stone, Nathan Bell and David Kennemer, as members
of the Building Commission, expired on December 31, 1973; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to fill the vacancies created by the
expiration of their terms; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Doyle Whitaker, Donald Stone and Nathan Bell, be, and
they are hereby re-appointed as members of the Building Commission
under the classification of Home Builder, Plumber and Realtor, re-
spectively, for a term of two (2) years, beginning January l, 1974 and
ending December 31, 1975; and that Morris Misso, Jack Denman and
David Kennemer, be, and they are hereby re-appointed as members of
the Building Commission under the classification of Commercial Builder,
Developer and Insurance Agent, respectively, for a term of four (4)
years, beginning January l, 1974 and ending December 31, 1977.
