1611 RES CITY COUNCIL ADVERTISED FOR AND RECEIVED BIDS ON FEBRUARY 22 1974RESOLUTION NO. 1611
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore
advertise for and receive bids on February 22, 1974, and bid was
awarded to C. T. Martin and J. E. Howard, doing business as a joint
venture, on March 11, 1974, at a cost of $246, 245. 71, for dirt work,
structures and drainage on 27th Street, S. E. , from Clarksville Street
South to Jefferson Road; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tf-E CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor, F. D. Mallory, III, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris, the
contract attached hereto as Exhibit A, with C. T. Martin and J. E.
Howard, for the dirt work, structures and drainage on 27th Street, S. E. ,
from Clarksville Street South to Jefferson Road, in the amount of
$246, 245. 71.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of April, 1974.
