1618 RES B M FELTY RESIGNED AS REGULAR MEMBER OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTRESOLUTION NO. 1618
WHEREAS, B. M. Felty has resigned as a regular member of
the Board of Adjustment, and it is necessary to appoint a regular
member to serve the unexpired term of B. M. Felty which ends
December 31, 1974; and,
WHEREAS, F. D. Mallory, III has been serving as an alternate
member of the Board of Adj ustment, whose term of office ends
December 31, 1974; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That F. D. Mallory, III, be, and he is hereby appointed as a
regular member of the Board of Adjustment, to serve the unexpired
term of B. M. Felty which ends December 31, 1974, and Ben Hinds,
be, and he is hereby appointed as an alternate member of the Board
of Adjustment to serve the unexpired term of F. D. Mallory, III
which ends December 31, 1974.
