1623 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF J D MCLAUGHLIN ET AL ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF HOUSING AUTHORITYRESOLUTION NO. 1623 .
WHEREAS, the terms of office of J. D. McLaughlin and
Oneal Smith on the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of the City of Paris, expired on June 30, 1974; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to fill the vacancies created by the
expiration of their terms; and,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by
the Mayor, James M. Brunette, that J. D. McLaughlin and Oneal Smith
be re-appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Housing
Authority of the City of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning
July l, 1974 and ending June 30, 1976; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That J. D. McLaughlin and Oneal Smith, be, and they are
hereby re-appointed as members of the Board of Commissioners of
the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, for a term of two (2)
years, beginning July 1, 1974 and ending June 30, 1976.
