1628 RES CHARTER STUDY COMMITTEE ESTABLISHED IN RES NO 1609RESOLUTION NO. 1628 .
WHEREAS, a Charter Study Committee was established by
Resolution No. 1609; and,
WHEREAS, certain members originally appointed to such
committee have resigned; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris recommends the
appointment of Vivian Green, David Glass, Bernard O'Brien and
James L. Walker to the Charter Study Committee; and,
WHEREAS, such Charter Study Committee should have the
power to elect from among its members a Chairman, Vice Chairman
and Secretary; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Vivian Green, David Glass, Bernard O'Brien and James
L. Walker, be, and they are hereby appointed members of the
Charter Study Committee; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Charter Study
Committee, be, and the same is empowered to elect from among its
members a Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary.
