1629 RES CITY COUNCIL ADVERTISED FOR AND RECEIVED BIDS ON JULY 25 1974RESOLUTION NO. 1629
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore
advertise for and receive bids on July 25, 1974, and bid was awarded to
David Buster on July 29, 1974, at a cost of $136, 426. 40 for base pre-
paration, base material, grading, surfacing and curb and gutter, on 27th
Street, S. E. , from Clarksville Street South to Jefferson Road; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette, be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of
Paris the contract attached hereto as Exhibit A, with David Buster, for
base preparation, base material, grading, surfacing and curb and gutter,
on 27th Street, S. E. , from Clarksville Street South to Jefferson Road, in
the amount of $136, 426. 40.
