1631 RES CITY COUNCIL APPROVED CONSTRUCTION OF 27TH ST SERESOLUTION NO. 1631 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has heretofore
approved the construction of 27th Street, S. E. , South from Clarksville
Street to Jefferson Road; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is desirous of
installing reflectorized crossbuck signs on said street at its crossing
of the Texas and Pacific Railway Company's railroad, which signs
are to be constructed at an estimated cost of $2, 200. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the form of the contract for said improvements is
attached hereto as Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, 'Ihat the Mayor of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
