1632 RES TWO VACANCIES EXIST ON MEMBERSHIP OF P&Z COMMRESOLUTION NO. 1632 ,
WHEREAS, there exists two vacancies on the membership of
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, due to the
resignations of Roy H. Anderson and Al Cathcart, and it is necessary
to appoint their successors, and the Mayor of the City of Paris,
James M. Brunette, having appointed C. E. Gilmore to serve the un-
expired term of Roy H. Anderson, which terminates December 31,
1976, and Jim A. Miles to serve the unexpired term of Al Cathcart,
which terminates June 30, 1977, and has submitted the names of
such persons to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THERE-
FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the appointment, as members of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris, of C. E. Gilmore to serve the un-
expired term of Roy H. Anderson, which terminates December 31,
1976, and Jim A. Miles, to serve the unexpired term of Al Cathcart,
which terminates June 30, 1977, is by the City Council of the City of
Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
