1639 RES DR C E GILMORE AND HUBERT WESTFALL RESIGNED FROM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTRESOLUTION NO. 1639 .
WHEREAS, Dr. C. E. Gilmore and Hubert Westfall have resigned
as regular members of the Board of Adjustment, and it is necessary
to appoint two regular members to serve the unexpired terms of Dr.
C. E. Gilmore and Hubert Westfall which end December 31, 1974; and,
WHEREAS, Ben Hinds has been serving as an alternate member
of the Board of Adjustment whose term of office ends December 31,
1974; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Ben Hinds and Herschel McKinney, be, and they are hereby
appointed as regular members of the Board of Adjustment, to serve the
unexpired terms of Dr. C. E. Gilmore and Hubert Westfall, respectively,
which end December 31, 1974, and Charlie Walker, be, and he is hereby
appointed as an alternate member of the Board of Adj ustment to serve
the unexpired term of Ben Hinds which ends December 31, 1974.
