1646 RES CITY COUNCIL IN RES NO 1354 ESTABLISHED AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARDRESOLUTION NO. 1646 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did in
Resolution No. 1354, establish an Airport Advisory Board to act in
an advisory capacity to the City Council in relation to the Municipal
Airport, its operation and facilities, which Board originally con-
sisted of seven members, and was thereafter reduced to five mem-
bers by Resolution No. 1538; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris finds that it
is to the best interest of the City of Paris that said Board member-
ship be expanded to six members; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette,
does hereby recommend the appointment of Hubert Westfall to bring
the expanded Board to full membership; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, That the Airport Advisory Board hereafter consist of
six (6) members; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Hubert Westfall be
appointed a member of the Airport Advisory Board to serve from
this date through December 31, 1975.
