1649 RES COP IS MEMBER CITY OF TX MUNICIPAL LEAGUE WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION JOINT INSURANCE FUNDRESOLUTION NO. 1649 ,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris is a member city of the Texas
Municipal League Workmen's Compensation Joint Insurance Fund and
therefore is entitled to cast votes for three (3) Trustees whose
terms of office will expire on December 31, 1975; three (3) Trustees
whose terms of office will expire on December 31, 1976 and three (3)
Trustees whose terms of office will expire on December 31, 1977;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That its votes be cast for Alfred H. Koebig, W. E. Routh
and R. Marvin Townsend for Trustees whose terms expire on
December 31, 1975; for N. Alex Bickley, Norman McI<. Barker and
J. Bruce Aycock for Trustees whose terms expire on December 31,
1976; and for Bill B. Storey, Richard D. Brown and Carl White for
Trustees whose terms expire on December 31, 1977.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk, H. C.
Greene, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to mark the
official ballot in accordance with the above Council action and certify
to the same.
