1655 RES COP IS INVESTIGATING WORK PROJECT AT COX FIELD TO EXTEND NORTH-SOUTH RUNWAYRESOLUTION NO. 1655 ,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris is investigating a work project at
Cox Field, Paris, Texas, in order to extend the North-South Runway;
and,
WHEREAS, the Northerly extension requires the encroachment
upon property heretofore leased to Agpro, Inc. ; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Paris re-acquire
full surface rights to a portion of such property and to restrict the use
of other property heretofore leased to Agpro, Inc. , all of which has
been encompassed in Addendum No. 2 to Agreement to Option to Lease,
dated August 9, 1971, between the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, Lessor
and Agpro, Inc. , Lessee, attached hereto as Exhibit A; NOW, THERE-
FORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James M. Brunette, be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Paris, Addendum No. 2 to Agreement to Option to Lease, dated
August 9, 1971, between the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, Lessor and
Agpro, Inc. , Lessee, attached hereto as Exhibit A.

that should there be variance between those shown thereon and the as
built fence lines constructed that the contructed lines will control and
that upon complerion of construction a copy of that portion of the as
built lines, which relate to this area, will be attached hereto, and in
the event that the same is not available a survey of the as built lines
will be attached hereto and will be controlling.

AND AGPRO, INC., LESSEE
STATE OF TEXAS ~

This addendum to agreement of option, made this 9th day of
December, 1974, by and between the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXA.S,
acting by and through its Mayor, James M. Brunette, duly authorized,
and AGPRO, INC. , acting by and thr.ough its Treasurer, T. A. Gribble,
duly authorized, WITNESSETH:
It is hereby mutually agreed by and between the CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, Lessor and AGPRO, INC. , Lessee, that the property
outlined in red on Exhibit A attached hereto, being a part of the pro-
perty under lease to AGPRO, INC. , is hereby released by AGPRO, INC.
and severed from the property heretofore described in the above de-
scribed lease contract, dated August 9, 1971, and AGPRO, INC. does
hereby release and Quit claim any ownership or interest in or rights
with regard to that portion of the existing fence marked in green on
Exhibit A attached hereto.
In consideration for the foregoing the CITY OF PARIS does
hereby agree to refund that portion of the annual rental attributed to the
property described on Exhibit A attached hereto, said refund to be based
on the per acre price of the rract out of which said property described
herein is severed.
In further consideration the CITY OF PARIS does hereby agree
to erect the fence marked on Exhibit A in yellow.
It is further agreed by and between the parties hereto that the
