1594 RES PART 107 FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATIONS REQUIRES MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS TO HAVE CERTIFICATED AIR CARRIER SERVICERESOLUTION NO. 1594
WHEREAS, Part 107, Federal Aviation Regulations, requires
municipal airports having a certificated air carrier service to adopt
a Master Security Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Airport Manager has prepared and presented
to the Airport Advisory Board for its recommendation a Master
Security Plan for Cox Field, Paris, Texas, dated December l, 1973;
and,
WHEREAS, the Airport Advisory Board does recommend the
adoption of the "Master Security Plan for Cox Field, Paris, Texas",
dated December 1, 1973; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the "Master Security Plan for Cox Field, Paris, Texas" ;
dated December 1, 1973, be, and the same is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said Master
Security Plan be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris as a
part of the official records of the City of Paris.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of
Paris, F. D. Mallory, III, be, and he is hereby authorized and di-
rected to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the "Master Security
Plan for Cox Field, Paris, Texas", dated December 1, 1973.
