1595 RES CITY COUNCIL ON 26TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1972 BY RES NO 1519 ADOPTED "OPERATIONS MANUAL FOR COX FIELD"RESOLUTION NO. 1595 ,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did, on the
26th day of October, 1972, by Resolution No. 1519, adopt the
"Operations Manual for Cox Field, Paris, Texas"; and,
WHEREAS, the Airport Manager did prepare Change 2, dated
October 22, 1973, to said Operations Manual, and presented the same
to the Airport A.dvisory Board, wherein adoption was recommended;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in agree-
ment with the content of said Change 2, "Operations Manual for Cox
Field, Paris, Texas"; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Change 2 to "Operations Manual for Cox Field, Paris,
Texas", dated October 22, 1973, be, and the same is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said Change 2
be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris as a part of the
official records of the City of Paris.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of
Paris, F. D. Mallory, III, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed
to execute on behalf of the City of Paris, Change 2 to "Operations
Manual for Cox Field, Paris, Texas".
