1598 RES COP BY ADOPTION OF ELECTRICAL ORD PROVIDED FOR APPOINTMENT OF ELECTRICAL BOARDRESOLUTION NO, 1598 ,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris, by its adoption of an Electrical
Ordinance, provided for the appointment of an Electrical Board; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Frank Horne, George Crane,
B. C. Simmons and James A. Hickman, Members of said Board, ex-
pired on December 31, 1973; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, F. D. Mallory, III,
has recommended to the City Council the re-appointment of Frank
Horne, George Crane, B. C. Simmons and James A. Hickman, to
serve as members of the Electrical Board, for a term of two (2)
years, beginning January l, 1974 and ending December 31, 1975;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the recommendation of the Mayor be accepted and ap-
proved, and that the re-appointment of Frank Horne, George Crane,
B. C. Simmons and James A. Hickman, as Members of the
Electrical Board, for a period of two (2) years, beginning January 1,
1974 and ending December 31, 1975, be, and the same is hereby
m ade.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1974.
