1576 RES CITY COUNCIL DESIRES THE P&Z COMM TO CONSIDER REZONINGRESOLUTION NO. 1576
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris desires for
the Planning and Zoning Commission to consider the re-zoning of
Lot 2-A, City Block 281, from a One-Family Dwelling District No. 3
(SF-3) to a Commercial District (C); NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Lot 2-A, City Block 281, is hereby referred to the
Planning and Zoning Commission for consideration of re-zoning the
same from a One -Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF -3) to a
Commercial District (C), and a public hearing is set before the
Planning and Zoning Commission at 7:00 o'clock P. M., on the 6th
day of August, 1973, and a public hearing is set before the City
Council at 7:00 o'clock P. M. , on the 13th day of August, 1973.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of July, 1973.
