1575 RES CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZED RECEIPT OF BIDSRESOLUTION NO. 1575 ,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore
authorize receipt of bids for the sale of a lot fronting 155 feet on the
South Side of Clement Road and being 534 feet deep, and did so award
said bid at its regular Council Meeting on the llth day of June, 1973,
to Norris McDowell and Glenn Watson, being the highest and best
bidder, whose bid was in the amount of $2, 025. 00; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, F. D. Mallory, III, is
hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Paris, to exe-
cute a general warranty deed from the City of Paris to Norris McDowell
and Glenn Watson conveying said property described in accordance with
the survey made on the ground attached hereto as Exhibit A.
