1571 RES CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZED ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSRESOLUTION NO. 1571 ,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore
authorize the advertisement for bids to be received on July 3, 1973,
for the sale of hangar most recently occupied by O. A. Broussard, III;
and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Ben Runyan in the amount of $1, 500. 00, if
allowed 120 days for removal, is hereby found to be the highest and
best bid; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, F. D. Mallory, III, be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Paris any and all instruments of conveyance furnished by pur, -
chaser, Ben Runyan, for the purpose of conveying said hangar building,
upon the payment of the bid price of $1,500.00 to the Director of
Finance of the City of Paris.
