1570 RES CITY COUNCIL DESIRES FOR P&Z COMM TO CONSIDER REZONINGRESOLUTION NO. 1570
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, upon
suggestion of the Planning and Zoning Commission, desires for the
Planning and Zoning Commission to consider the re-zoning of Lot 7,
City Block 60, from a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F) to a
General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That Lot 7, City Block 60, is hereby referred to the
Planning and Zoning Commission for consideration of re-zoning the
same from a Two-Family Dwelling District (217) to a General
Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, and a public hearing is set be-
fore the Planning and Zoning Commission at 7:00 o'clock P. M. , on
the 6th day of August, 1973, and a public hearing is set before the
City Council at 7:00 o'clock P. M. , on the 13th day of August, 1973.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of July, 1973.
