WHERFAS, the term of office of Philip R. Cecil, as a
znember of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris, will
expire on June 30, 1973, and it wil.l become necessary for
the appointment of an additional meznbe?' of the Traffic Cozn-
mission of the City of Pa.ris; and,

III, has re-appoi.nte3 P,Zilip R. Cecil and subinitted his name
to the City Council of the City of Paris to be approved and
confirmed; NOW, THEREFORE,

That the re-appoin-tment of Philip R. Cecil, to serve as a
