WHEREA,S, the terms of office of Clark Estes, Jr. and
Herschel R. McKinney, as members of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30,
1973, and it is necessary to appoint their successors, and
the Mayor of the City of Paris, F. D. Mallory, III, having
re-appointed Clark Estes, Jr. and Herschel R. McKinney, to
serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1, 1973
and ending June 30, 1976, and has submitted the names of
such persons to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW,
THEREFOR E ,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS5,
That the re-appointment of Clark Fstes, Jr. and Herschel R.
McKinney, to serve as members of the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Paris, for a term of three (3) years,
beginning July l, 1973 and ending June 30, 1976, is by the
City Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and con-
firmed.
Passed and adopted this 11th day of June, 1973.
