WHERFA52 the terms of office of F. I. McClanahan, Carl
Deweese and Dr. James R. Moore, on the Board of Commissioners
of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris, will expire on
June 30, 1973; and,
WHFREAS, it is necessary to replace or re-appoint three
persons to fill the vacancies which will be created by the ex-
piration of their terms; and,
WHERFAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by
the Mayor, F. D. Mallory, III, that F. I. McClanahan, Carl
Deweese and Dr. Jam.es R. Moore, be re-appointed to the Board
of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris,
for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1973 and expir-
ing June 30, 1975; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That F. I. McClanahan, Carl Deweese and Dr. James R. Moore, be,
and they are hereby re-appointed as members of the Board of
Comm.issioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Paris,
for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1973 and expir-
ing June 30, 1975.
