1557 RES CITY COUNCIL ADVERTISED FOR AND RECEIVED BIDSRESOLUTION NO. 1557
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore
advertise for and did receive bids on April 11, 1973, and bid was
awarded to M. L. Smyers Construction Company at a cost of
$41, 607. 14 for South Church Street Sewer Construction Project and
$22, 353. 64 for Jefferson Heights Sewer Construction Project; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor, F. D. Mallory, III, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris,
contracts with M. L. Smyers Construction Company for the projects
and in the amounts stated above.
