1550 RES CITY COUNCIL ON 29TH DAY OF JANUARY 1973 PASSED RES NO 1540RESOLUTION NO. 1550 ,
WHEZFAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did hereto-
fore on the 29th day of January, 1973, pass Resolution No. 1540
authorizing an expenditure not to exceed $6,855.75 to be paid to
Ark-Tex Council of Governments for 25% of the costs of radio
equipment to be furnished the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, said payment was directed not to be paid until
such radio equipment was installed and operating; and,
WHF~tEAS, it has been brought to the attention of the City
of Paris that said payment may be paid prior to installation
when said equipment is deliveTed to the Ark-Tex Council of
Governments; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the payment of $6,855.75 heretofore authorized to be paid
to Ark-Tex Council of Governments in Resolution No. 1540, be,
and the same is hereby authorized to be paid prior to the in-
stallation and upon delivery of said radio equipment to
Ark-Tex Council of Governments.
