1544 RES CITY COUNCIL APPROVED CONSTRUCTION OF 27TH ST SERESOLUTION NO. 1544
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has heretofore
approved the construction of 27th Street, S. E. , South from Clarksville
Street to Jefferson Road; and,
WHEREAS, due to the work load of the Department of Public Works
and the desire to complete said project as soon as possible so as to
serve the area of the new High School, it is determined that the public
interest will be best served by the engaging of Robert B. Hayter of
Hayter Engineering to do the engineering an said project, in accordance
with the Agreement for Engineering Services attached hereto as
Exhibit A and made a part hereof; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James W. Farris, be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of
Paris an Agreement for Engineering Services with Robert B. Hayter
upon the terms and conditions and in the form of Exhibit A attached
hereto.
