1541 RES COP IN CAUSE NO 30,890 IN 6TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURTRFSOLUTION NO. 1541 ,
Wt-iEREAS, the City of Paris did heretofore sue Pala, Inc.,
in Cause No. 30,890, In the Sixth Judicial District Court of
Lamar County, Texas; and,
VJ~rIEZEAS, Pala, Inc. has tendered $2,500.00 in settlement
of the same; and,
tnTHIIZEAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it
in the best interest of the City of Paris that said settlement
be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the Mayor, James W. Farris, be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed to execute Release and Assignment of All Claims, in
the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, in full settlement of the
above described cause.
