1537 RES ARTICLE 4436a-1 REQUIRES ADVISORY BOARD OF HEALTH CONSIST OF 3 MEMBERSRFSOLUTION NO. 1537 .
WHERFAS, Article 4436a-1 of Vernon's Annotated Civil
Statutes requires that the Advisory Board of Health of the
City of Paris shall consist of three (3) qualified licensed
and practicing physicians; and,
WHEREAS, Dr. William deG. Hayden's term has expired and
he should be re-appointed; and,
WHEREAS, there is an additional vacancy for a practicing
physician, and Dr. John E. Barnett has been approved by the
Lamar-Delta County Medical Society to serve on said Advisory
Board of Health of the City of Paris and County of Lamar; NOW,
THIIREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That Dr. William deG. Hayden and Dr. John E. Barnett, both
licensed and practicing physicians, be re-appointed and
appointed, respectively, as members to serve on the Advisory
Board of Health of the City of Paris and the County of Lamar
for a term of two (2) years, beginning January 8, 1973 and
expiring December 31, 1974.
