1531 RES TERMS OF MEMBERS AND ALTERNATES ON BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HAVE EXPIREDRESOLUTION NO. 1531 ,
WHEREAS, the terms of the members and alternates of the
Board of Adjustment, to construe and administer Ordinance No.
1710, have expired; and,
WHEZEAS, it is necessary to appoint and re-appoint cer-
tain members of said Board of Adjustment; NOW, THIIZEFORE,
SE IT RFSOLVFD BY THE C ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the following named men: Dr. B. M. Felty, Hubert Westfall,
Dr. C. E. Gilmore, Dr. James M. Brunette, and Charlie Adkins,
be, an d they are hereby appointed as regular members of the
Board of Adjustment, and James Farris and F. D. Mallory, III,
be, and they are hereby appointed as the two alternate members
of the Board of Adjustment, to serve in the absence of any of
the regular members. That all of the appointments are for a
period of two (2) years, beginning on the 1st day of January,
1973.
