1530 RES TX POWER & LIGHT CO REQUESTED EASEMENT ON COX FIELD PROPERTYR ESOLUTION NO. 1530 ,
WHER.EAS, Texas Power & Light Company has requested an
easement on the Cox Field property of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has reviewed the
requested easement and finds the same to be in order; NOW,
THEZ EFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUIVCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James W. Farris, be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of
the City of Paris an easement and right of way for an electric
transmission and distribution line and telephone line and appur-
tenances thereto, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and
made a part hereof.
Passed and adopted this llth day of December, 1972.
