1527 RES WATERWORKS BOND SERIES G SINKING FUND ACCOUNT CONTAINS $5769.41R ESOLUTION NO. 1527
WHERFAS, Waterworks Bond, Series G Sinking Fund Account
contains $5,769.41, plus accrued inte~est, if any, being the
unused portion of funds derived from ad valorem taxes; and,
WHF,RFAS, there is no necessity for said Waterworks Bond,
Series G Sinking Fund Account to be continued since all
Waterworks Bonds, Series G, have been retired and said funds
should be transferred to the General Fund; NOW, THEREFUR E,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS 2
That the Director of Finance, H.C. Greene, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to transfer from the Waterworks Bond,
Series G Sinking Fund Account $5,769.41, plus accrued interest,
if any, to the Current Fund Account of the General Fund.
