1519 RES FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATIONS PART 139 REQUIRES MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS ADOPT OPERATIONS PLANR FSOLUTION NO. 1519
WHEREAS, Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 139, requires
municipal airports having air carrier service to adopt an
operations plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Airport Manager has prepared and recommends
f'or adoption an Operations Manual for Cox Field, Paris, TeNas,
dated this 26th day of October, 1972; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in agree-
ment with the content of the same; NOW, THEREFOR E,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the "Operations Manual for Cox Field, Paris, Texas", dated
October 26, 1972, be, and the same is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RFSOLVED, That a copy of said Operations
Manual shall be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris
as a part of the official records of the City of Paris.
BE IT FURTHIIZ RFSOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of Par is ,
James W. Farris, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of Paris the "Op erations Manual for
Cox Field, Paris, Texas."
