1514 RES VACANCY EXISTS ON MEMBERSHIP ON P&Z COMMRFSOLUTION NO. 1514
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, due to the
resignation of Louis B. Williams, and it is necessary to appoint
his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, James W.
Farris, having appointed Spencer Abbett to serve the unexpired
term of Louis B. Williams, which terminates December 31, 1974,
and has submitted the name of such person to the City Council
of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISs
That the appointment of Spencer Abbett, as a member of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, to serve
the unexpired term of Louis B. Williams, which terminates
December 31, 1974, is by the City Council of the City of Paris
hereby approved and confirmed.
