WHEREAS, the City of Paris did, on the 12th day of June,
19723 by Resolution No. 1487, approve and authorize the execu-
tion of a lease agreement with Frontier Airlines, Inc.; and,
WHEZEAS, such lease agreement was modified by Frontier
Airlines, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, such modification is agreeable to the City of
Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James W. Farris, be, and
he is hereby authorized to execute a lease agreement in the
form attached hereto as Exhibit A, with Frontier Airlines, Inc.,
which lease, among other things, provides for a term of five (5)
years, beginning August 1, 1972, office and storage space of 460
square feet and a monthly rental of $150.00, which lease agree-
ment is in lieu of the lease agreement approved in City of Paris
Resolution No. 1487.
Passed and adopted this llth day of September, 1972.

AIRPORT AGREEMENT
AGREE.:ENi OF LEA5E, made this day oi 1972, by and between
the CITY OF PARIS, a Municipal Corporation (hereinafter called
"Lessor") and FRONTIER AIRLINES, INC., a corporation organized and
existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nevada, with
a permit and lawful authority to do business in the State of Texas
(hereir.after called "Lessee").
WITNESSEiH:
WHEREAS, Lessor is now operating certain real property
located in the County of Lamar, State of Texas, known as Cox Field
(hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "Airport"), the Lessor
represents that it has the right to lease said property specified
herein as the Airport, together with all the facilities, rights,
licenses and privileges herein granted, and has full power and
authority to enter into this lease in respect thereof, Lessor agrees
tnat on payment of the rentals and fees and performances of the
covenants and agreements on the part of the Lessee to be performed
hereunder, Lessee shall peaceably have and enjoy the leased premises
and all the rights and privileges of said Airport, its appurtenances
and facilities.
WHEREAS, Lessee is engaged in the business of transporting
persons, property and mail by air and Lessor desires to lease and
grant, and Lessee desires to hire and obtain, certain premises and
facilities on said Airport, together with certain rights, Iicenses
and privileges thereon:
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto, for and in consideration
of the rents, fees, covenants and agreements contained herein, agree
as follows:
