1506 RES CITY COUNCIL IS AWARE OF COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP OF LELAND B SMITHR ESOLUTION NO. 1506 , WHERFAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is well aware of the community leadership of Leland B. Smith as evi- denced in part by service as follows: Member of Paris Master Plan Steering Committee Director of Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, 12 consecutive years President of Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, 2 consecutive terms Chairman of Industrial Managers Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, 19 years Chairman of Industrial Relations Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, 19 years Member of Paris Industrial Team of the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, 19 years President of the Paris Boys Club, 2 terms Member of the Board of Directors of Paris Boys Club, 19 years President of Boys Baseball of Paris, Inc., 1 term Director of the Lamar County United Fund, 18 years Honorary Director of Lamar County United Fund, 1 year President of St. Joseph's Hospital Advisory Board, 3 years Member of St. Joseph's Hospital Advisory Board, 9 years Co-Chairman of St. Joseph's Hospital Development Fund Chairman of Salvation Army Advisory Board AND, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris deems it right and proper that Leland B.
