1505 RES CITY COUNCIL IS CONSIDERING ANNEXATION OF CENTRAL FREIGHTLINES INCRESOLUTION NO. 1505 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is consider-
ing annexation of Central Freight Lines Inc. property on the South
Side of U. S. Highway 82 West and Union Metal Manufacturing
Company property on the South Side of Loop 286 N. W.; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris has recommended thatsaid properties be compatibly zoned
Commercial and Light Industrial, respectively, at the time of
annexation; and,
WHER EAS, Section 18-102 of Ordinance No. 1710 requires that
a public hearing be held concerning annexation and zoning, in
order for zoning to be given at the time of annexation; NOW,
THER EFOR E,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That hearing be set before the Planning and Zonin g Commission of
the City of Paris at 7:00 o'clock P. M., on the 6th day of
November, 1972, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas,
for the purpose of considering annexation and compatible zoning
of Central Freight Lines Inc. and Union Metal Manufacturing
Company properties.
BE IT FURTHER RFSOLVED that a public hearing be set before
the City Council of the City of Paris at 7:00 o'clock P. M.,
November 13, 1972, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas,
for the purpose of consideration of zoning of the Central Freight
Lines Inc. and Union Metal Manuf acturing Company properties.
