1504 RES BEEN CALLED TO ATTENTION OF CITY COUNCIL THAT RES NO 1499 WAS PREMATURERFSOLUTION NO. 1504 ,
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City
Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, that Resolution No.
1499 referring to the Planning and Zoning Commission for con-
sideration of back zoning, property heretofore zoned in
Ordinance No. 2059, passed December 13, 1971, was premature;
and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to the best interest of the City of
Paris that the policies established by the Plannin g and Zoning
Commission, not in conflict with ordinances of the City of
Paris, should be honored and that Resolution No. 1499 be re-
pealed; NOW, THEREFOR E,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That Resolution No. 1499 be, and the same is hereby repealed.
