1502 RES CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZED AND APPROVED IN RES NO 1360RESOLUTION NO. 1502
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has hereto-
fore authorized and approved, in Resolution No. 1360, the parti-
cipation of the City of Paris in the TOPICS Program authorized
by the Federal Aid Highway Act of 1968; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has heretofore, in Resolution
No. 1475, employed the firm of Pinnell-Aariderson-Wilshire and
Associates, Inc. to prepare plans and specifications for such
program; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS I
That plans and specifications prepared by Pinnell-Anderson-
Wilshire and Associates, Inc., dated August 21, 1972, presented
to the City Council on this date, are hereby approved, and
James W. Farris, Mayor of the City of Paris, and J. E. Albright,
Director of Public Works of the City of Paris, be, and they are
hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Paris said
plans and specifications.
