1493 RES TERMS OF OFFICE OF J D MCLAUGHLIN ET AL AS MEMBERS OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WILL EXPIRE JUNE 30 1972RFSOLUTION NO. 1493
WHEREAS, the terms of office of J. D. McLaughlin and
Maury Robinson, deceased, on the Board of Commissioners of the
Housing Authority of the City of Paris, will expire on June 30,
1972; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to fill the vacancies created
by the expiration of their terms; and,
WHER EAS, it has been recommended to the City Council by
the Mayor, James W. Farris, that J. D. McLaughlin be re-
appointed and that Oneal Smith be appointed to the Board of
Commissioners of the Housing Authoxity of the City of Paris,
for a term of two (2) years,beginning July 1, 1972; NOW,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS2
That the re-appointment of J. D. McLaughlin and the appointment
of Oneal Smith, as members of the Board of Commissioners of the
Housing Authority of the City of Paris, for a term of two (2)
years, beginning July 1, 1972, be, and the same is hereby
approved and confirmed.
