1492 RES ARTICLE 4436a-1 REQUIRES ADVISORY BOARD TO CONSIST OF 3 PHYSICIANSRESOLUTION NO. 1492 .
WHEREAS, Article 4436a-1 of Vernon's Annotated Civil
Statutes requires that the Advisory Board of Health of the
City of Paris shall consist of three (3) qualified licensed
and practicing physicians; and,
WHER EAS, there is currently on the Advisory Board of
Health of the City of Paris and County of Laznar only two (2)
licensed an d practicing physicians; and,
WHEREAS, Dr. Richard B. Swint has been approved by the
Lamar-Delta County Medical Society to serve on said Advisory
Board of Health of the City of Paris and County of Lamar;
NOW, THER EFOR E,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That Dr. Richard B. Swint, a licensed and practicing physician,
be, and he is hereby appointed as a member to serve on the
Advisory Board of Health of the City of Paris and County of
Lamar for a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1972 and
expiring June 30, 1974.
