1489 RES CITY COUNCIL IS INTERESTED IN INDUSTRY WHICH WILL UTILIZE AIR TRAFFIC FACILITIES OF COPRFSOLUTION NO. 1489
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in-
terested in attracting industry which will utilize the air
traffic facilities of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to the best interest of the City
of Paris to advertise for sale the 10 acre plot described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof; NOW, THIIZE-
FOR E,
BE IT R ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the City Manager, C. L. Walker, be, and he is hereby au-
thorized and directed to advertise the property described in
Exhibit A attached hereto for sale in accordance with the
provisions of the Charter of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas.
