1487 RES COP ON 7TH DAY OF AUGUST ENTERED INTO AGREEMENT OF LEASE WITH CENTRAL AIRLINES INCRESOLUTION NO. 1487
WHEREAS, the City of Paris did, on the 7th day of August,
1958, enter into an agreement of lease with Central Airlines,
• Incorporated; and,
WHEREAS, Central Airlines, Incorporated has been purchased
by Frontier Airlines, Incorporated, of the State of Colorado; and,
WHERFAS, Frontier Airlines, Incorporated desires an addi-
tional 60 square feet of area for storage purposes, making a total
of 460 s quar e f eet ; and,
WHEREAS, the monthly rental rate for leased spaces should
be adjusted to reflect the additional square footage; NOW, THERE-
FORE,
BE IT R ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS?
That the Mayor of the City of Paris, James W. Farris, be, and he
is hereby authorized to execute a lease agreement, in the form
attached hereto as Exhibit A, with Frontier Airlines, Incorporated,
which lease, among other things, provides for a term of five (5)
years, beginning July 1, 1972, office and storage space of 460
square feet and a monthly rental of $150.00.
