1486 RES COP EMPLOYED HAYTER ENG AS CONSULTANT ENG FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT FACILITYRESULUTION NO. 1486
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has heretofore employed Hayter
Engineering as Consultant Engineer for the purpose of designing
and constructing a sewage treatment facility for the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, Robert B. Hayter, P. E. #10601, of Hayter
IIzgineering, did present plans and sp ecifications for the con-
struction of the new sewage treatment facility, to the City of
Paris for approval, at a special Council Meeting, at 1:30
P. M., on May 19, 1972, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
Texas; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed to the best interest of the City of
Paris to approve said plans and specifications; NOW, THER EFORE,
BE IT R ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the plans, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and that the
specifications, attached hereto as Exhibit B, for the construc-
tion of a new sewage treatment facility for the City of Paris,
prepared by Robert B. Hayter of Hayter Engineering, which has
been designated Project #WPC-TEX-917, be, and the same are
hereby, in all things, approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RFSOLVED, That the City Manager of the
City of Paris, C. L. Walker, be, and he is hereby authorized
to accept for construction the plans and specifications here-
in approved by executing the sazne; and,
BE IT FURTHER RFSOLVED, That the City Clerk be, and he
is hereby authorized to relinquish custody of the plans and
specif ications attached hereto as Fxhibits A and B to the
City IIzgineer for the same to be stored in the Office of the
City Engineer of the City of Paris.
