1485 RES CERTAIN OPERATING EXPENSES AND CAPITAL OUTLAY OF CITY GOVERNMENT HAVE BEEN OVER EXPENDED IN APPROPRIATION ACCOUNTSRFSOLUTION NO. 1485 .
WHIIRFAS, certain operating expenses an d capital outlay of
the City government have been over expended in appropriation
accounts of 1971-72 fiscal year, which items are as follows:

Fire 3,500.00
Total $23,500.00
PUBLIC WORKS:
Fngineering 1,000.00
Parks & Recreation 5,300.00
Sanitation 32700.00
Traffic & Public Lighting 52350.00
Total 152350.00
Grand Total $38,850.00
AND, WHEREAS, the Contingent Appropriation balance of the
City of Paris as of May 19, 1972, is in the amou nt of $52,826.00;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT R ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the City Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is hereby au-
thorized and directed to transfer from the Contingent
Appropriation, as shown in the fiscal 1971-72 Budget, the sum
of $38 850.00, to be credited to the following appropriation
accounts:
PUBLIC SAFETY:
Police $20,000.00
Fire 31500.00
Total $23,500.00
PUBL IC WOR KS :
Engineering 1,000.00
Parks & Recreation 5,300.00
Sanitation 3,700.00
Traffic & Public Lighting 5,350.00
